Texas defensive coordinator Chris Ash is set to make $800,000 to coach defense this season. He’s currently responsible for the No. 55 defense in Bill Connelly’s SP+ respectively and just helped to create a completely unwatchable 53-45, four-overtime matchup that lasted about six hours between Texas and Oklahoma.
